The grapes are harvested by hand, completely destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, the wines are then aged partly in barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks in order to give the fruity, aromatic cuvée its gentle tannin structure. On the bouquet there are notes of cassis, wild strawberries and wild mushrooms, round and harmonious on the palate with fine spice.
