The NOVAS Gran Reserva wine series represents a selection from very good locations and reduced yields. Here is a successful cuvée of the three grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Carignan. Intense bouquet of redcurrants and peppery notes, dark chocolate and mocha. Lots of sour cherries on the palate, fine-grained tannins and a fresh, somewhat cool aroma.
