In the foothills of the Santa Lucia hills, this Cabernet Sauvignon is brought to maturity with great care and patience in gentle sunlight and is harvested late. The result is a wine with red fruit aromas and floral nuances. Through the gentle twelve-month aging, half in new wood, and the subsequent bottle aging, the wine acquires an impressive structure and body, while aromas of tobacco, bay leaves and graphite develop harmoniously.
