For the red blend ANIMALIA made from Cabernet and Grenache grapes, grapes from three vineyards in the Valle del Maule are used. After fermentation, the wine matures for eight months in stainless steel tanks. No sulphur is added during vinification and aging. The aim is to achieve an unadulterated aromatic expression of the grapes. Finely spicy scent of red currants, lemon verbena and a little mint. Well structured on the palate, elegant with velvety tannins and amazing freshness.
