Grapes from three vineyards in the Valle del Maule are used for the red blend Animalia made from Cabernet, Grenache and Malbec grapes. After fermentation, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for eight months. No sulfur is added during vinification and aging. The aim is to achieve a genuine aromatic expression of the grapes. Subtle spicy scent of red currants, lemon verbena and some mint. Well structured on the palate, elegant with velvety tannins and amazing freshness.
