In the 2019 vintage, the deep garnet to purple red Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon shows a slightly earthy style with the classic aromas of cassis, plums and freshly sharpened pencil alongside hints of earth, olives, spice box and cloves. Clearly structured with firm, fine-grained tannins, concentrated, fleshy, powerful with good, fresh acidity and a long, aromatically complex finish. Needs another year or two of maturation in order to be enjoyable until 2030 and longer.
