The elegant Monthuys Pere et Fils Reserve Brut comes from the Monthuys winegrowing family, who cultivate their vineyards in the small community of Charly sur Marne and produce various fine wines. The champagne is stored for up to three years. It is sparkling and salmon-colored. The obvious bouquet focuses on elegant notes of roses. It then becomes more complex with aromas of fresh grapes and small red fruits. In the mouth, this champagne is very fruity, with notes of strawberry and raspberry. The finish is soft with round tannins.
