The champagne consists of 70% Chardonnay grapes from Grand and Premier Cru locations of the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne. Fine citrus aromas on the nose, with subtle notes of roasted nuts. The palate is fine and persistent. It goes perfectly with seafood, grilled meat or quiche.
