This Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru consists exclusively of Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs. A vintage champagne that reflects the perfect climate of 2006. The wine is reminiscent of white flowers and citrus fruits. In the finale, it has a hint of almonds and vanilla. A small part of the expansion takes place in used barriques. It is ideal as an aperitif champagne for gourmets and as a perfect accompaniment to fish and seafood.
