Vintage champagne with a classic cuvée of mostly Pinot Noir and smaller amounts of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Straw yellow with olive green reflections in the glass, fine mousse, persistent and vibrant. On the nose sourdough, yeast, lemon zest and iodine notes of seaweed and sea breeze. Very expressive on the palate, ripe grapefruit, mandarin juice and yuzu, clear ripening notes of yeast and mushrooms. But above all an incredibly salty, almost powdery minerality that just doesn't seem to end in the aftertaste.
