Penfolds' love of elegant sparkling wines inspired an unusual collaboration.

Together with the Reims champagne house Thiénot, they created an exquisite Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru single-vineyard vintage champagne, prepared exclusively from grapes from old vines in the Grand Cru Avize. Peter Gago and Nicolas Uriel master the cellar work as a dream team.
