This vintage champagne from the single vineyard of the same name is made from 100% Chardonnay. The ripe grapes provide a good basis for a rich and at the same time very elegant champagne. The highly complex nose has nuances of pears, almonds, acacia blossoms and toasted bread. With a little air, notes of pistachios and green apple are added. Very complex, harmonious and creamy in the mouth. This reveals the careful aging of the base wines for 9 months in wooden barrels. The long finish is accompanied by citrus, spicy and salty components.
