The base wines for the GRAND BLANC come from the Grand Cru site Côte des Blancs. The base wine made from 100% Chardonnay matures in wooden barrels for 9 months. It was produced without dosage and without sulphur. A rarity in Champagne. A certain risk that paid off! Great sparkling wine, finest bubbles, great clarity and brilliance. Zero dosage. Fine scents of citrus fruits, very subtle and delicate. On the palate one suspects something chalky, powerful with expressive minerality.
