The cuvée named after Sébastien Cheurlin has a significantly higher Chardonnay content of 50% than the cuvée of his sister Lucie. Here too, the remaining 50% is Pinot Noir. The Chardonnay grapes come from vines that are on average 20 years old, and those for Pinot Noir are even over 40 years old. A little lighter in the glass due to the higher proportion of Chardonnay. Subtle, beautiful ripe notes on the nose: brioche, biscuit and white flowers. Good balance between ripe Pinot fruit and body on the one hand and citrusy freshness and finesse of Chardonnay on the other. Appears a little less than the sister cuvée Lucie Cheurlin. Available from September 2023.
