Brut Nature is a sparkling wine bottled without any additional dosage. The base wine must not only be perfectly clean, but also have enough depth and complexity. Thomas Barbichon has succeeded in this, using only the first must after gentle pressing. The Brut Nature brings out the grapes, the majority of which are Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, a small part Pinot Noir, the terroir and the wonderful potential of this champagne in a straightforward and unvarnished way.
