Vintage champagne made from 100% Chardonnay. Straw yellow with light green reflections in the glass. Sourdough, brioche, fine citrus aromas and lots of iodine notes on the nose. Very expressive on the palate, with white flowers, cassis and green apple. This is accompanied by aromas of yeast and wild mushrooms. Very salty on the finish with a powdery minerality that lingers long after the last sip. Clear and extremely radiant champagne!
