The bottles were submerged for 12 months at a depth of 60 meters off the Atlantic coast of Brittany. Under these special conditions, the contents of the bottle develop in a unique way – yet no label in the world can withstand seawater. Therefore, the ABYSS comes without a label, but with an elegant gift box and a bottle tag. The base wines consist of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir, the latter vinified as a red wine. The finest bubbles, red fruits and violets on the nose, along with a hint of iodine and the typical notes blending with citrus and hazelnuts.
