For this Rosé Champagne, a small proportion of red wine from our own Grand Cru locations was added to the Bollinger Special Cuvée. This gives the champagne its unique, delicately fruity bouquet of red fruits, red currants, cherries and wild strawberries, combined with a spicy note. Lively, fresh and structured on the palate with a long finish. Bollinger Rosé inimitably combines Bollinger's style with lightness and elegance.
