On the palate: On the palate we taste all the fruitiness of the nose, which combines white fruits and citrus notes in a mix of Granny Smith acidity, fleshy vineyard peach and vibrant blood orange. A smooth, silky texture makes for an extremely elegant wine. A hint of saltiness on the finish completes the complexity of this new edition.
