Bollinger PN was created with the express aim of conveying the House's unique vision of Pinot Noir, the grape variety from which this cuvée is made 100%. The new Edition AYC18 is a new interpretation of Pinot Noir with a unique style.
Tasting:
In the glass, when opened, the AYC18 reveals notes of honey, fruit jelly, quince and candied citrus fruits. Aromas of marzipan and blood orange complement a nose full of sweet spices and a refreshing note of mint. On the palate the wine is serious, reserved and rich. It is beautifully expansive with a finish full of candied citrus fruits that underlines the freshness of the wine.
Enjoyment recommendation:
PN AYC18 is made for wine lovers looking for different expressions of Pinot Noir from Champagne. We recommend that you serve the PN AYC18 at a temperature between 10 and 11°˚C to enhance its unique style and flavors. You can enjoy this wine immediately or keep it in the cellar for further aging.
