Reductive herbal spontinase. Clear and delicately juicy; Herbs, yeast, some spice and a hint of apple; very reductive and rather astringent; solid body with strength and backbone; invigorating; very racy and downright taut; extremely dry effect; slight astringency on the palate; some minerality in the finale with green apple peel, herbs and some yeast.
