Not quite as accessible as the Rechbächel, the Goldbächel in the 2021 vintage impresses with its complex aromas. At the beginning, the spicy to ethereal notes of savory and some lovage dominate the nose. The whole thing gets warmer in the mouth, apricots and red apple join in. Everything can still be guessed at and will certainly emerge even more clearly in the years to come. Exciting and diverse.
