Classic Pinot Gris, dense and powerfully fermented with fine herbal spices and pleasant acidity. The aging in wooden barrels gives it its character without distorting the fine aroma of the grapes.

Grown on the slopes of the Middle Nahe on volcanic weathered soil and loess clay.

Fermentation and maturation for approx. 6 months in a classic large wooden barrel made of German oak.
