In the glass, the Bordeaux Blanc shows a light straw-yellow color. Very aromatic and flattering nose that combines floral notes with ripe fruit aromas such as white peach, pineapple and lychee. The palate is full-bodied, round and balanced with a good freshness on the finish. This intense aroma can be attributed to the cold maceration of three to four days, which extracts the aromas from the skins. This wine can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or served with fish and white meat.
