Different vinification methods are also combined with red wine. About 30% is fermented in the amphora, the rest in the steel tank. The wine is then stored in barriques and wooden barrels. Cannonau tends to have high alcohol contents, but this cuvée gives a very harmonious overall impression, supported by 5% Tintillu, as the intensely colored Alicante Bouschet is called here. Intense ruby red, pleasantly cool in the aroma, dark fruits such as plums dominate. Very present with soft tannins. The wine is deliberately neither clarified nor filtered.
