The grapes come from the best locations in the hinterland of Fumane. The process is similar to that of the famous ORGNO, only the typical grapes of Valpolicella are used: 20% Corvina, 65% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella. The harvest takes place until mid-October, when only the handpicked, most beautiful grapes dry in the well-ventilated attic. Fermentation in steel, aging in barriques. A picture book maroon full of wonderful aromas: tobacco, plums, leather, chocolate. A wine for philosophizing. Or to a solid feast, to game, grilled, even to hearty cheese.
