Classic botrytis nose that shows subtle acacia flowers, white peach, pear and a hint of angelica. The nose is followed by a complex palate with yellow peach, apricot kernel and nectarine, which finally opens with intense aromas of brioche, jam and elderflower. The wine is concentrated and exceptionally balanced with a persistent, slightly spicy finish.
