The ‘Bramìto’ (meaning “the rutting cry”) is the little brother of the famous Cervaro della Sala – partly matured in wooden barrels. The brief contact with the wood gives it a delicate vanilla note and a pleasantly soft, balanced taste. The tasty finish is characterized by a pleasant minerality.
