Light mother-of-pearl. Pleasantly light and cool fruity scent of citrus, stone and pome fruit. Fresh, vinous taste. Present soft, very fruity acidity. Long tension arc. Lemon creamy finish. Medium length. An animating Riesling with an enormous drinking flow. Dry in taste.

Food recommendation: steamed salmon, white wine sauce, boiled potatoes, zucchini.

Weinberg: A cuvée from our good locations in the middle and lower Rheingau, which extend from Hallgarten to Rüdesheim. For this wine (as for all Wegeler wines) no bought-in wines are used, only grapes grown in-house from our own vineyards.

Terroir: A combination of mineral and soft soils.
