The 2019 vintage is characterized by very early budding and moderate rainfall in the vegetation. Cool night and moderate daytime temperatures without heat records allowed the grapes to ripen fully and aromatically. No superficial Riesling, but a wine full of complexity and clarity. Fragrance of tangerines and nectarines, yeasty, smoky, sage and chamomile on the palate, with lively acidity and a salty finish, while being creamy and with a soft mouthfeel. The perfect accompaniment to food and, thanks to its power, an ingenious Winterriesling.
