Reductive nose with herbs and spices, baked apple, some dried flowers, fresh butter, caramel and a hint of dried apricots. Clear and delicately juicy, lively and fresh, piquant style, slightly vibrant, well-integrated minerality with salt and some camomile, firm body with strength and backbone, rocky minerality on the palate with lots of herbs and some firm caramel candy, complex and deep, minerality, Swiss herbal caramel -Candy, pome fruit and chamomile.
