Cool nose, intense herbs, spontaneous, spicy apple, ripe citrus notes (lemon zest and even lemon candy) and warm stone. Clear and delicately juicy, invigoratingly fresh, strong body with backbone and even power, very expressive, spicy apple (Cox Orange and Boskoop), a variety of slightly tart herbs, warm stone and a light citrus note, slightly astringent, rich in extracts, complex and very dry effective, towards the finish the stony minerality is also slightly salty, this remains, in the finish herbal and tart with lemon zest.
