Lots of fresh apple, some herbal spice and a hint of candied citrus zest. Clear and delicately juicy, lively and fresh with draw, firm body with backbone, stimulating apple notes of Granny Smith and Boskop, with slightly tart spiciness, a hint of minerality and notes of citrus peel, appears quite dry, good finish with lots of freshness.
