Cool nose, lots of pear with skin and stalk, herbs, macadamia nuts, some bark and a hint of flowers. Clear and delicately juicy, lively and fresh, firm body with a resilient backbone, tart-fruity notes of pear, unripe mirabelle plum, herbs, macadamia nut, rooibos and some sour amphora, minerality increases on the palate and becomes slightly salty, appears dry and complex , good finish with tart fruit, macadamia nuts and rooibos.
