Deep, still restless, somewhat reductive nose, clear soup greens, yeast extract, citrus fruit, some stone fruit, bergamot, mineral notes present, floral and petroleum nuances and still noticeable sulphur. Firm and juicy on the palate, doesn't seem entirely dry at first, but becomes tart with aeration, lots of yeast, sugar candy, herbs, some tobacco, lots of grip from the tannins that are still slightly sandy, very good persistence and depth, some tobacco and yellow-spicy nuances Pepper, intense mineral notes, ripe fruit on a very good, juicy, non-slip finish, notes of candy, mushrooms, mineral notes and a hint of olive oil.
