This composition has been a success story for over 2 decades: >The white lion< combines the freshness of the Riesling, the elegance of the Pinot Blanc and the spiciness of the Kerner to a successful chord. Fermentation in stainless steel and wooden barrels at low temperatures for several weeks. Then fine yeast storage of a few months in stainless steel (60%) and in wooden barrels (40%). Yellow in the glass with slight green reflections. Apples, honey, citrus fruits and caramel on the nose, juicy and fresh on the palate with exotic hints and a perfectly integrated note of wood.
