Cool nose with lots of minerality, quince, herbs and banana. Clear and delicately juicy, lively and fresh, somewhat tangy, firm body with strength and even power, a lot of salty minerality, quince, slightly tart herbal note, chicory and linden blossom, good finish with freshness, slightly tart, minerality and a slight extract sweet note.
