This large growth from the Brauneberger Juffer symbolizes our philosophy. The hand-picked, juicy, ripe, golden-yellow grapes are processed as gently as possible. Depending on the vintage, the grapes are mashed before pressing and later spontaneously fermented in foudres and stainless steel tanks. The dry Rieslings from the Juffer present themselves slim, straight, precise, with playful fruit, herbal spice and present, even salty-mineral hints.
