Herbs and spices on the nose with lots of vineyard peach and tart citrus zest, a hint of ice candy and some fresh hay with camomile. Clear and delicately juicy, firm body with a straight structure, very tightly laced waist and powerful backbone, invigorating and refreshing with lots of class, high concentration of minerals on the palate with lots of rock, appears crumbled and almost dusty, a hint of perfectly integrated extract sweetness, slightly astringent, deep and complex, herbal-spicy finale with tart grapefruit, salty minerality with fine pressure and some salt.
