Closed-up, tart, firm and mineral nose with citrus, leafy and vegetal notes and some apple. Tart and juicy on the palate, quite firm and closed, cool mineral notes, almost steely acidity, clear citrus fruit, some green apple, very slightly rough, cheesy traces, still completely unapproachable, has some depth, cool juice, lots of mineral notes on a very good finish Bite.
