Mineral explosion Made on Leithaberg Lime and slate from the St. Georgen, Grosshöflein and St. Margarethen sites. Light straw yellow. Apricot and crunchy pear fruit on the nose, with hay and caramel. Black pepper on the palate. Smoky minerality. The barrel aging ensures creaminess and fullness, the hearty acidity ensures a perfect drinking flow. Long finish. Read by hand. 6 months aging on the fine lees, fermentation and expansion in 500l wooden barrels.
