Tempting, fruity white wine made from the white Rhône grape varieties Viognier and Marsanne. "Hermit Crab" means hermit crab and refers to the shell limestone soil on which the vines were planted. Part of the Viognier was aged in oak barrels. The scent of yellow stone fruit, pineapple and ginger, juicy on the palate with a good body and a long, finesse-rich finish that reveals notes of almonds and spices. A splendid change to white wines from the usual grape varieties
