Vino de Pago is the highest classification according to Spanish wine law and stands for excellent, terroir-typical wines. This red wine cuvée is literally called 'little homeland', and the label shows both a banknote and the farmer, thanks to whom the unique terroir can be exploited in the first place. The wine is complex with aromas of dark berries, plums, smoke, violets and clear notes of wood. Lots of texture and flavor on the palate, ripe tannins, juicy fruit and a long, elegant finish.
