The Grand Vin of the Domaines d'Aussières. Is only produced in small quantities. Has great density and depth and above all finesse. Château d'Aussières matures in barriques for 12-16 months, 40% of it in new wood. Only grapes from the best parcels are used. The nose immediately shows the flavors of the south. Above all, herbs such as rosemary and lavender make you feel like spicy foods.
