The two red wine varieties, 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier, are vinified as Blanc de Noirs: hence the name BLANC 2 NOIRS. The grapes come from Damery in the Vallée de la Marne, where the grandfather of the current owner Sébastien Sanchez planted them many years ago: he is immortalized on the label with the small addition Les vignes de mon grand-père. Golden yellow with copper reflections in the glass. On the nose, hints of ripe red fruit and subtle notes of brioche. The BLANC 2 NOIRS has been on the yeast for at least three years. On the palate aniseed, liquorice and almonds, lots of freshness, with a good acid attack and creamy, soft perlage.
