Miguel Torres Chile<\/h2>\n

Over 5,000 km of coastline, mountains up to 7,000 m high, and countless small and large valleys in between: Chile offers plenty of room for diversity. While vintage differences are rather subtle, climate and growing conditions vary considerably. Perfect – so each vine finds its terroir.<\/p>\n

For Miguel Torres, who works a lot with independent grape growers in Chile and has respected environmental protection, fair labor and trade conditions as cornerstones of quality viticulture for years, sustainable viticulture is an all-encompassing program: demanding, committed and socially responsible for the highest quality.<\/p>\n

From the far north all the way down to Patagonia, Chile has a fascinating wealth of diverse terroirs that have also captivated Torres for more than forty years. \u00c1ndica is a tribute to this paradisiacal natural landscape. Itata Valley<\/h3>\n

Valle del Itata is the oldest valley in Chile. Here you can find a large number of native grape varieties. The vineyard for this Cabernet Sauvignon is located in the central area of the valley. These are alluvial soil terraces that come from the \u00d1uble River. They have a good percentage of clay, which gives the wine a very good structure and freshness. The river makes the temperatures drop at night with great thermal variations.<\/p>\n

Maule Valley<\/h3>\n

The Maule Valley is one of the most diverse geographically and climatically. It includes the Andes to the east, the flat and sunny valleys along the central corridor and the coastal hills to the west. This allows the red and white varieties to find an optimal terroir for cultivation. This Carmenere thrives very well on granite soils. Wines with lots of fruit, spice and fresh acidity.<\/p>\n

Curic\u00f3 Valley<\/h3>\n

The Curic\u00f3 Valley, is the most planted valley in Chile, for wine production. Some vineyards are located in close proximity to the Andes. The region has a great variety of volcanic and alluvial soils with clay textures. In the afternoon there are cold breezes that allow the production of a Sauvignon Blanc with higher acidity and freshness<\/p>\n
